OUR POLICY

Quality is our top priority and we strive to provide our customers withexceptional service. If there is a dispute or miscommunication that led to dissatisfaction, please let us know and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue before you leave the spa. While we are grateful to have you as a customer, we still reserve the right to deny access or services to any client due to concerns related to health, well-being, and/or safety risks.

WARRANTY

If your session includes any polishes, please allow at least 15 minutes for them to thoroughly dry before leaving the spa. Regular polishes have a warranty period of two days right after the appointment date. The warranty period for dip and gel polishes is seven days from the date of appointment.

APPOINTMENT & ARRIVALS

To ensure you have enough time to park and check in, we recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

LATE ARRIVAL

Every appointment will be reserved for 15 minutes. After this point, we will consider this as “No Show” and the time slot may be reallocated to other customers. Please keep in mind that your late arrival will affect the length of you  service. A late arrival could result in a shorter appointment time at the scheduled price, with respect to clients that are scheduled after you.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

We are sorry, but unfortunately we are unable to take on responsibility for
personal belongings left on the premises, whether lost or damaged.

CHILDREN

Our services are made exclusively for you and other clients to ensure complete
relaxation. We recommend that children who do not receive a service must be
supervised by an adult and remain in the waiting area.
